It’s so cold already in Copenhagen that these memories seem distant, when they are actually pretty recent. In the end of August, I spent my holidays in Algarve, Portugal, where I took these photos. I can still feel the sunshine and the smell of the sea just by looking at them!
Today’s post is dedicated to the queen of puff sleeves and shoulder pads (who I admire A LOT), Lady Gaga. She takes 80’s fashion to a whole other level and tries to empower women and the LGBTQ community through her extravagant looks.
I’m almost starting classes here in Copenhagen and the cold weather reminds me of how I took for granted the sun during the summer. Today I bring you a look that I wore a lot while I was in Portugal for my holidays. It is a linen dress inspired by the safari style, very practical for warmer days.
This look was inspired by the iconic David Bowie suit for the Aladdin Sane tour in 1973. The jumpsuit black and white stripes and curvy lines can be seen in the skirt I’m wearing and the platform shoes definitely remind us of David Bowie’s.
This is probably one of the looks that meets my daily style the most: jeans, a t-shirt and the iconic Cortez sneakers by Nike. These sneakers were the big inspiration for this look. They were designed in 1968 and first appeared in the Olympic Games of 1972 in Munich.
Hi everyone! Today I bring you a look inspired by Scandinavia. I had never tried culottes before and I’m now a fan! They are in fact an icon in scandinavian style, which is based on comfort and minimalism without putting aside elegance.
During Phoebe Philo’s 10 years at Céline, a lot of designs left a mark on the fashion industry. From it-bags to slip dresses, check the list of my favourite pieces and campaigns!
