I love the 80’s: from music to fashion and big hair! I feel really inspired by this decade and so I’ve decided to create a look influenced by the big parties of that time!
Yesterday I had the chance to see the Viktor & Rolf X Zalando runway show at the Nobis Hotel in Copenhagen. This partnership resulted in the Re:Cycle project that promotes the recycling of fabrics.
During Phoebe Philo’s 10 years at Céline, a lot of designs left a mark on the fashion industry. From it-bags to slip dresses, check the list of my favourite pieces and campaigns!
If you follow my Instagram you know that I love to discover new cafes here in Copenhagen. There are so many beautiful and cozy places! So, I’ve decided to start a blog series about cafes I’ve visited here. The cafe in the pictures is called Vintage Coffee and it’s in Frederiksberg.
Welcome to my blog at last! In 2018 there are a lot of goals I’ve set for myself and this is one of the most important and special ones. This blog started in 2014 and since then my life has evolved along with the blog. I’m truly excited with this new beginning.
2018 is just about to start and so is my new blog. Yes, the Chérie in the City blog is going to evolve into something I have been envisioning for a while! I am really excited and hope to continue to share my journey with you soon!
A headscarf is an essencial piece to have in your wardrobe. It is an intemporal symbol of beauty and delicacy that has been passed from generation to generation. These days, they can be used to twist any look. I did just that here, went for simplicity and got inspired by the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.
I’m not the sportiest person, but lately I’ve been trying to incorporate some elements in my daily outfits! This results in adding more sneakers to my collection, straight jeans and graphic blouses with zippers (hello comfort!).
Lately I’ve been loving this 60’s makeup look. I could indeed have worn this makeup to a party, but that’s not what happened! I just like to walk through Copenhagen looking like this.
This was the trip that I really wanted to do while on Exchange and so, I spent 8 hours on a night bus to Stockholm!
